From Center City:

Take the Vine Street Expressway (I-676) west to the Schuylkill Expressway (I-76) west
Exit at Belmont Avenue towards Green Lane (exit 338)
Cross the river, and continue (Belmont becomes Green Lane)
After climbing the hill, turn left on Ridge Avenue
After Ridge merges with Henry Avenue and becomes Ridge Pike, turn right onto Bell's Mill Road
Turn left onto Germantown Pike
At the third light turn left onto Northwestern Avenue
The starting line is just ahead (approx 1/4 mile) at the corner of Northwestern Avenue and Thomas Road

From Henry Avenue:

Go Northwest on Henry Avenue (towards Montgomery County)
Henry merges with Ridge Avenue and becomes Ridge Pike
Turn right onto Bell's Mill Road
Turn left onto Germantown Pike
At the third light turn left onto Northwestern Ave. 
The starting line is just ahead (approx. 1/4 mile) at the corner of Northwestern Avenue and Thomas Road

Take the Turnpike (I-276) to exit 333 for Norristown, in the direction of Plymouth Meeting
Bear right onto Germantown Pike and continue approximately 4 miles
Turn right onto Northwestern Avenue
The starting line is just ahead (approx. 1/4 mile) at the corner of Northwestern Avenue and Thomas Road

From Route 309:

Take Route 309 south from Montgomery County to Route 73 (Flourtown), in the direction of Erdenheim
Turn right on Church Road / Route 73
Take first left on East Mill Road
Turn left on Bethlehem Pike (the first major road, after about a mile)
After less than a mile, turn right on West Wissahickon Avenue, which becomes Northwestern Avenue
The starting line is at the corner of Northwestern Avenue and Thomas Road, just after you cross Germantown Pike

Public Transportation from Center City

Take the R8 train to the last station (Chestnut Hill West)
Walk across Germantown Avenue, and catch the northbound L bus in the direction of Plymouth Meeting Mall
Get off at Northwestern Avenue, going left on Northwestern
Continue approximately 1/4 mile to the starting line at the corner of Northwestern Avenue and Thomas Road
